One Way

Although this 2006 film was produced in Germany, it was originally in English and French.  Til Schweiger is not only the main character, he is also the producer.  We know him from many films, both in Germany and in the US.  Probably most notably in the US, Inglorious Basterds.

This film unfortunately takes many cues from Hollywood – gore and violence combined with sex is going to sell. From the first scene on, that’s really the focus of the whole movie.  In fact, the whole plot has to do with the affairs of the main character and how far he goes to hide them, including giving a rapist a false alibi.

With the plot such that it is, the entire movie is filled with violence, casual sex, and rape. Most certainly not one of Til Schweiger’s better movies, especially for any educational purposes.
