This 2014 film with Moritz Bleibtreu and Axel Stein follows a bank employee through his everyday problems and a hostage situation, which leads to a bit of Stockholm syndrome.

Perhaps one of the most amusing pieces of this film is the main character’s name – Till Rainers – which leads to jokes about Til Schweiger, and eventually a cameo appearance.

As the premise may suggest, this film leaves little room for educational value. Additionally, there are nudity and sex scenes to consider, earning it an R rating in the U.S. were it to be rated. It is solid entertainment, but I would recommend it remain outside of the classroom.
