Männerherzen

This 2009 film with Til Schweiger is a comedy revolving around men and their issues with women. This film has a sequel, released two years later. This post only reports on the first film.

Along Til Schweiger, several other fun actors join us in the film. Wotan Wilke Möhring, for example. We may know him from movies such as Das Experiment, Lammbock, Anatomie 2, Die wilden Hühner und das Leben, the 2008 version of Valkyrie (with Tom Cruise), Lommbock, Soul Kitchen, and many others. Maxim Mehmet, whom I know best from Liebe Mauer, is also one of the six men we follow here. Florian David Fitz, recently in 100 Dinge, can also be found in Vincent will Meer, Willkommen bei den Hartmanns, and many other fun films.

Some interesting comparisons between the men can be made in discussion here, as they all have different goals with women and families.

There is implied sex and there are several jokes of the sexual nature throughout this film. At about 55 minutes in, there is nudity seen on the TV (normal late-night channel surfing in Germany). Other than the channel-flipping, nothing else goes about a PG-13.
