Marie Bäumer is a name we should know by now. One of the main characters in this film, she has also been in Irre sind männlich, Der Schuh des Manitu, and Die Fälscher among a long list of other films and series!
Anja Kling has also been in some fun shows. We may recognise her from (T)raumschiff Surprise: Periode 1, Wo ist Fred?, and Das fliegende Klassenzimmer, among dozens of other roles.
This film does a good job of showing the concerns of divisive politics, though often exaggerated for dramatic effect. Set in Rostock, we see behind-the-scenes deals being made and the citizens who are hurt because of them. It is just over three hours long, however, so may be best in clips for most classes.
