Lilly is a housewife, married to an officer. She is caught up in affairs. Lilly is played by Juliane Köhler, best known for Der Untergang and Nirgendwo in Afrika.

Felice is a Jewish woman who hides in plain sight, gaining intel along the way. She is played by Maria Schrader, who was also an important character in Rosenstrasse. More recently, she can be found in Deutschland 83, Deutschland 86, and Deutschland 89.

Other familiar faces include Johanna Wokalek, who plays Ilsa, another Jewish woman fighting from within. She is best known for Barfuss and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Heike Makatsch plays another Jewish woman in the group, Klärchen, and is known in English and in German speaking film, having parts in Love Actually and Resident Evil, as well as Tom Sawyer, Bin ich schön?, and Anatomie 2.
