3 Türken und ein Baby

This 2015 comedy is currently available on Netflix!

Ekram Bora (AKA the Türkish-German rapper Eko Fresh as well as Elektro Eko) plays one of the three brothers in this film. This was his first time acting in a film, but he continued with an acting career and still acts today, mostly in TV and shorts.

Lebanese-born actor Kida Kohdr Ramadan is another of the brothers in the film. One of his first films was Kebab Connection. Normally playing in films with a central theme of clashing cultures, Ramadan can also be found in the 2020 version of Narcissus und Goldmund.

The last brother in the film is played by Kostja Ullmann, whose ethnicity is a mixture of German, Portuguese, Indian, and English. He’s been in a wide range of film and TV over the years, including die wilden Hühner und das Leben, A Most Wanted Man, Bibi und Tina: Mädchen gegen Jungs, and the Saphirblau/ Smaragdgrün series.

There is profanity throughout the film, in dialogue as well as in the soundtrack. Around 31 minutes in, a woman’s chest is visible on an iPad as the brothers are trying to calm the baby. Around 55 minutes in, one of the men enters a meeting nude. He is seen from behind.
