This 2018 film is a drama comedy with adventure in mind. We are taken through Germany by Moped as the story goes on.
While most of the cast may not be recognized by all, this film does include Franka Potente, Wotan Wilke Möhring, and Alexandra Maria Lara, all of whom are very familiar faces by now! Our two main characters are played by Lars Eidinger and Bjarne Mädel. Eidinger has recently been in Babylon Berlin and the mini-series version of M. Mädel was the main character in Der Tatortreiniger series.
This film includes dialect as well as Hoch Deutsch. It centers around family relationships. While not entirely educational, it has its talking points for sure!
There is some English language swearing while one of the characters is on the phone. And about 20 minutes later after checking his messages. (There are swear words in both languages throughout the film, but these are the largest collections of them.) 40 minutes in there is rear nudity, which is followed by a sex scene. This returns after a scene with the brother. This ends at 44 minutes, although he is still walking around with only a towel on. There’s some drug use about an hour in.
